Wow, it's been a while since I posted anything. Not that most people really notice, but eh. It's been bothering me.
This was probably one of my more amitious attempts at something art-based. For this, I free-handed a base sketch with a white=coloured pencil to serve as my guidelines. Then I began my first attempt at using fabric paint. I know there are quite a few errors, but I'm more than content with it and it is currently being used as my purse :3 Maybe I'll dabble in other traditional media soon.
Everything seems mildly smushed because I did not originally intend to draw Sephiroth, but I sketched Cloud in too small. So yeah. Oh and the "I want a SOLDIER boy." line is a bit of an inside joke between my irl friends and myself. Do ignore my horrid handwriting.
The picture I used as a reference (because we know I can't draw anything without a reference) was Chibi Cloud Sephy KHII as drawn by
. I did get permission to use it and did not get any profit from making the bag as it is for my personal use only.
